The stunning peak of El Chaltén, a.k.a. Mt. Fitz Roy in Argentina, is usually hidden in clouds, but we lucked out with a stunning day. As we rode up to the mountain, we were greeted with the vibrant contrasting colors of the white snow and clouds against the blue of the sky. The jagged peak got bigger and bigger the closer we got, until it was looming above us in all its grandeur like a king on its snowy throne.
