Just past the twin lakes of Llanganuco in Huascarán National Park, Peru, the stark alpine landscape turned into a lush mossy forest of red-barked trees. This shot captures the soft and dewy greens of this hidden corner of Peru which was eerily quiet, and had a mystical feel to it, as if Pachamama, the Incan goddess of the earth, created this space just for us to appreciate.
