We've officially wrapped up our incredible journey through Japan and are back to business... editing videos! Although this episode is completely out of sequence from where our YouTube series last left off, I was inspired to put together this movie from an unforgettable four-day motorcycle adventure around the legendary Ha Giang Loop in northern Vietnam 🇻🇳.

I'm so excited to finally share this one with you. It took a tremendous amount of work to bring it all together, and I think the finished film really captures both the incredible beauty and the very real challenges that make the Ha Giang Loop one of the world's most iconic motorcycle routes. If you've ever dreamed of motorcycle travel in Vietnam, this ride showcases exactly why so many riders consider it a bucket list adventure. It was an adventure in every sense of the word.

Our ride around the Ha Giang Loop was absolutely epic, but we've decided not to offer guided motorcycle tours in Vietnam. The traffic is simply too chaotic for me to feel comfortable leading a group of riders through Vietnam.

Back to Vietnam. Those of you who've been following us for a while might recognize our friends, Leo and his dad, also named Leo. We first met Leo while traveling through Africa, and later his dad flew us from Miami to Bimini (Bahamas) in his little airplane, which was an adventure all on its own! This time, it was our turn to show them around and introduce them to one of Vietnam's most spectacular motorcycle routes.

By the time we filmed this episode, we'd already been riding a motorcycle through Vietnam for about six weeks, making our way from Saigon in the south all the way to the mountains near the Chinese border. We'd even ridden the Ha Giang Loop once before, so we thought we knew what to expect. As it turns out, this ride had a few surprises in store that made it unlike anything we'd experienced before. Vietnam has a way of doing that. 😉
